Delivery and installation was a breeze, including water chemistry education, which is always essential to enjoying your hot tub. "My wife and I shopped for a hot tub at several vendors. Felt a little underappreciated. Upon meeting Dan, Nikki and Buddy we felt this were the people we wanted to deal with. As we were in the process of a renovation, Dan had no problem holding the hot tub until we were ready.
